1. General statements
We are SSSSTORY OÜ, developers of the tele.ga service. We are subject to the laws of the Republic of Estonia as well as the laws of the European Union.
The customer is a registered user of the tele.ga service.
We have nothing to do with Telegram and are not responsible for their obligations, violations of the law or their privacy practices.
We are not the copyright holders or owners of any text, graphics and/or other materials posted on our customers' broadcasts, and are not responsible for their content. All rights to the materials listed in this paragraph belong to their owner.
We understand the liability imposed on us by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and undertake to respond to official complaints and/or demands within the time frame established by law.
3. Service obligations
We undertake to provide readers with access to the content of the Client's channel through the http(s) protocol within the framework of the tele.ga service (but we do not guarantee their full execution). We undertake the obligation (but do not guarantee their full implementation) to provide the readers with information about the appearance of new information in the Client's channel by means of RSS technology within the framework of the tele.ga service. We assume the obligation (but do not guarantee their full execution) to keep permanent URL records in the web version of the Client's channel within the framework of the tele.ga service.
We undertake to provide all conditions for indexing the content of the Client's channel by search engines (but we do not guarantee their full execution). We undertake to provide search engines with a complete and up-to-date map (sitemap) of the content of the Client's channel (but we do not guarantee their full implementation).
We undertake the obligations (but do not guarantee their full execution) to provide the Client with access to the management of the settings for displaying the web version of the Client's channel within the framework of the tele.ga service.
We guarantee 99.2% of the time availability of the content in the Client's channel and the meta-information related thereto, except for the events described in the "force majeure" section.
4. Client's obligations
The Customer undertakes to pay for the services on time and in full amount according to the provided tariff.
The Customer undertakes to respect the mission of the service.
The Customer undertakes to reply to the letters sent to the contact email within a week from the moment of sending.
The Customer undertakes not to interfere with the operation of the Service, its software or hardware.
In case of violation of any of the above obligations, this contract is considered to be terminated and is not subject to restoration and/or dispute. About this decision the Client will be noticed by email. Money paid by the customer is not refundable in this case.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of any unforeseen natural, political and/or other circumstances affecting the provision of services under this agreement, which cannot be influenced by the tele.ga service, we shall not be liable for the (non)performance of this agreement. In this case, if such circumstances last more than 30 calendar days, the agreement is considered to be terminated from the moment of the beginning of such circumstances.
6. Delivery of service
An application for adding a customer’s channel is considered within 2 business days. After approval, access to the resource is provided to the Client instantly. The Client is given 3 calendar days to perform a payment. In case of non-payment, access to the resource will be automatically closed.
7. Return Policy
Refunds in case of client's refusal from the service are made only at the tariffs of Magazine and MassMedia. The money paid by the client is subject to refund in part and proportion to the number of full unused months of the paid service.
Refunds are not made if the client has been violating rules of the service.

9. Change of conditions
The information on this page is a public offer. Any person registered on tele.ga shall be connected to the provisions of this agreement from the moment of registration. The terms and conditions of this agreement may be changed by us unilaterally at any time, and we make a corresponding notification. We undertake to do our best to inform users of the changes to whom these changes apply. We have the right to refuse to enter into an agreement without explaining the reasons, in such case the user will be notified at the email address provided during registration.
