Privacy Policy
1. Main part
Telegram is a cross-platform messenger service that allows exchanging messages and media files of many formats. More information about its structure, rules and privacy policy can be found at https://telegram.org
Channel is a one-way chat in a telegram messenger that allows the channel author to broadcast messages to an unlimited number of users.
We are SSSSTORY OÜ (Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, F. R.Kreutzwaldi tn 4-7, 10120), developers of the tele.ga service. We are subject to the laws of the Republic of Estonia as well as the laws of the European Union.
We have no relation to Telegram and are not responsible for their obligations, violations of the law or their confidentiality rules.
We have two types of users:
- customers (authors);
- readers (visitors).
In this document we will tell you what information we collect, store and distribute for each type of information.
1.1 Customers: Personal data
We store your email for communication. We store your account ID in google for the association with google services. We store your password (but in a specially encrypted form, even if an intruder gains access by means of physical hacking, the password will not be recognized, but will be replaced by an unreadable set of characters).
We use cookies to recognize you (our customers) when you visit us again. To learn more about this, please see #2.
We do not and will not share your personal information for advertising and/or other purposes, with two exceptions:
- Except for your google account ID, it is used to associate with google services and is transmitted to google services according to the protocol;
- Except for your contact email address, it is used to associate with payment systems in strict accordance with the rules of these systems.
Your personal data may also be transmitted in response to official legal requests from the public authorities when it is in the interests of defence, public safety, crime investigation and so on.
1.2 Customers: Content
We store the current avatar (channel photo) of your channel. We store the name, description of your channel and history of the number of subscribers of the channel in the telegram service. We store all texts, graphics, videos and documents published in the public domain of your channel (as well as meta-information related to these materials) and distribute these data to readers. That's actually why we exist.
According to GDPR, we undertake to delete all your content up to the last bit within a month after receiving the relevant request. We also undertake to provide all data about you and your channel in the form of zip archive within one month after the request.
We are not responsible for the content placed in the telegram service, its integrity or availability. We have no influence on the content placed in the telegram service at all.
1.3 Readers
We do not collect, use or share any personal data about our readers (visitors). We do not collect, use or transmit any content to readers (visitors).

2. Cookies
2.1 About cookies
A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server.
Cookies do not typically contain any information that personally identifies a user, but personal information that we store about you may be linked to the information stored in and obtained from cookies.
Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies and to delete cookies. The methods for doing so vary from browser to browser, and from version to version. Our service providers use cookies and those cookies may be stored on your computer when you visit our website.
We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website. Google Analytics gathers information about website use by means of cookies.
